Life is busy. We're all juggling a lot. Sometimes it can feel overwhelming. The connection between stress and how it affects our bodies is well documented. My massage allows you to stop, drop your shoulders, close your eyes, and take out some time just for you.
How does it work?
If you live in the Loughborough area, you can find me at DK Hair & Beauty Lounge, 10 Derwent Drive on Thursdays from mid April. Treatments usually last between 25 and 45 minutes, depending on which option you choose.
If you're in the Vale of Belvoir, I am now offering treatments at the wonderful Wellspring at Eastwell Crossroads - message me for availability.
Home visits are also an option - contact me for details.
You'll be asked to fill out a consultation form to check any contraindications. It’s also useful for me to discuss any areas with you that may perhaps need a little more attention.
