Life is busy. We're all juggling a lot. Sometimes it can feel overwhelming. The connection between stress and how it affects our bodies is well documented. My massage allows you to stop, drop your shoulders, close your eyes, and take out some time just for you.

How does it work?

If you live in the Loughborough area, I’ll come to you to carry out the massage. Treatments usually last between 20 and 35 minutes, depending on which option you choose.
You'll be asked to fill out a consultation form to check any contraindications. It’s also useful for me to discuss any areas with you that may perhaps need a little more attention.
