Help reduce stress in the workplace

Add my 'Stay Well Ahead' Indian Head Massage  to your wellbeing initiatives to help your teams relax, unwind and refocus.

Good for your business

Workplace massage is a really popular employee perk that also brings business benefits – better employee engagement, improved morale resulting in a more positive culture and reduced sick days as well as making your employees feel cared for, appreciated and invested in.

Benefits for your team

* Time out to relax and decompress
* Helps reduce stress and relieve tension
* Enhances concentration and focus

How does it work?

I’ll come to your workplace and give the massage at a desk or in a quiet room during a lunch hour or even after work by arrangement. Treatments usually last between 20 and 25 minutes, and there’s no need for any specialist equipment.

These massages are carried out over clothing; no oils are used, just a little massage balm, making it ideal for the working environment.

Who is it for?

Anyone who sits at a computer for long periods of time is likely to benefit - not moving can often lead to muscle tension and stiffness in the back, neck, shoulders and arms.

Working in certain professions can be draining both physically and mentally.  My Indian Head massage provides welcome relief for everyone.

Packages start at £25 per team member.

Let's talk about how I can support your wellness initiatives. Get in touch today by sending me a message via the enquiry form.

Employees

Indian Head Massage can be a very effective way to ease day-to-day muscle tightness, especially if you're sitting glued to a laptop for long periods at a time.

Head, neck and shoulder massage targets the areas where you need relief the most, to ease stiffness and release tension as well as boosting mobility and flexibility in your upper body.

Plus, it just makes you feel looser, calmer and more relaxed... and at work, that has to be a good thing!
